Brigada de Fusileros Paracaidistas
El antecedente más remoto de esta Brigada data de 1946, cuando siendo Secretario de la Defensa Nacional el General de División Francisco L. Urquizo y Director de Aeronáutica, el General de División Piloto Aviador Gustavo Salinas Camiña, se elaboró un estudio para crear una unidad de Fusileros Paracaidistas, decidiendo enviar un grupo de oficiales y personal de tropa, a un campo de adiestramiento de esta especialidad en los Estados Unidos de América, los cuales serían en el futuro, quienes se encargarían del adiestramiento de los paracaidistas militares mexicanos.
El 1/o. de abril de 1946 el Capitán Segundo Plutarco Albarrán López, recibió instrucciones para reunir a los voluntarios para integrar la nueva unidad; fueron xaminados 170 oficiales y 190 elementos de tropa, de los cuales se seleccionaron a 20 oficiales y 30 de tropa, quienes organizados en 2 grupos, se trasladaron al Fuerte Benning, Georgia, E.U.A.
El primer grupo al mando del Capitán Albarrán López se calificó como paracaidista el 20 de julio de 1946 y el segundo grupo al mando del Teniente de Caballería Jorge Munguía González se calificó el 3 de agosto de ese mismo año.
Esta nueva unidad se estableció en el Campo Militar de Balbuena; realizándose el primer salto desde aeronaves en vuelo sobre territorio mexicano, el 15 de septiembre de 1946.
En ese mismo año, la unidad recibió la denominación de Compañía Mínima de Aerotropas, estableciendo su matriz en la ciudad de Puebla.
El 15 de febrero de 1947, se convirtió en Compañía de Aerotropas instalándose en el Campo Militar No. 1, México, D.F.
En abril de 1948, la Compañía de Aerotropas dejó de pertenecer a la Fuerza Aérea Mexicana, causando alta en el Cuerpo de Guardias Presidenciales.
El 15 de septiembre de 1952 pasó revista de entrada el Batallón de Paracaidistas, siendo abanderado por el presidente Miguel Alemán Valdez.
El 8 de mayo de 1964 el Batallón de Paracaidistas se estableció en Santa Lucía, Edo. Mex., regresando el 17 de enero de 1965 al Campo Militar No. 1, México, D.F.
El 1/o. de enero de 1969 se creó la Brigada de Fusileros Paracaidistas, siendo Presidente de la República el Lic. Gustavo Díaz Ordaz y Secretario de la Defensa Nacional el General de División Marcelino García Barragán, quedando organizada con Cuartel General, Compañía del Cuartel General y dos Batallones de Fusileros Paracaidistas; El tercer Batallón se creó el 1/o. de julio de 1974.
El Grupo Aeromóvil de Fuerzas Especiales (G.A.F.E.) de esta Brigada fue creado en el año de 1998 como unidad integrante de la Brigada tiene la función general de cumplir misiones específicas que requieran un alto grado de discreción, rapidez y eficiencia, en cualquier ámbito geográfico del país.
El 1/o. de agosto de 1999 se creó la Escuela Militar de Paracaidismo, dependiendo operativamente del Secretario de la Defensa Nacional y técnica y administrativamente de la Brigada de Fusileros Paracaidistas, pero el 1/o. de mayo de 2002 pasó su revista de entrada como Centro de Adiestramiento de Paracaidismo, dependiendo técnica y administrativamente de esta Brigada.

Actualmente la Brigada de Fusileros Paracaidistas se integra con:

* Tres Batallones de Fusileros Paracaidistas.
* Grupo Aeromóvil de Fuerzas Especiales.
* Compañía de Intendencia.
Los cursos que se imparten en la Escuela Militar de Paracaidismo son:
* Básico de Paracaidismo.
* Precursor de Asalto Aéreo.
* Básico de Caída Libre Militar.
* Maestro de Salto de Cinta Estática.
* Maestro de Salto de Caída Libre.
* Doblado y Mantenimiento de Paracaídas.
* Curso de Embalaje y Cargas de Puerta.
El Centro de Adiestramiento de Paracaidismo, imparte el Curso Básico de Paracaidistas al personal de Cadetes y Sargentos 1/os. en Instrucción del Heroico Colegio Militar, así como al personal de las Unidades de Fuerzas Especiales.

Como an estado alla por mexico yo tengo mas de 10 anos que no boy para alla me gustaria visitar la brigada pa ver que canbios a tenido y recordr biejos tiempos, soy de la 118 ant. de casa tube un arrastre de avion y sacaron muchas fotos de las que nunca compre ninguna fue en el 91 el tercer salto de esa antiguedad si alguien tiene alguna publiquela, fue de un avion c-54 ,fueron de los ultimos salto que se hicieron de esos aviones ,el maestro de salto era el popeye era capitan en ese tiempo, fue el que me salbo de ahorcarme son experiencias que no quisiera olvidar por que es a lo que esta uno expuesto en esos saltos mi correo es perezruben95@yahoo.com en USA

hola a todos los chutas de mi México y de todo el mundo, hay comentarios que son basura por eso no me fijo en lo que dicen y pienso de ellos que nunca tubieron disciplina, son relegados de la misma unidad B.F.P., soy de la 65 antiguedad de casa, reitero "TODOS SOMOS DE FIBRA DE CASA Y FORANEOS"; comneto en mis tiempos vi mucha deserción, vi a soldados de otras unidades desertar, a federales, policias de caminos, policias locales de la antigua S.S.P., no los culpo ni los cuestiono,pero tan solo el pertenecer a la brigada de paracaidismo, lo es todo, el pisar la unidad te hace erizar el cuero, no lo dudes tu que estas y/o estubiste, si de corazon sentiste el sentimiento de las "AGUILAS AZTECAS", es pordemas recordarte que es un paracaidista, no solo es el saltar de un avion es todo la boina, nuestras alas, el uniforme de percha, tan codiciado,nuestras botas de salto, el amarre de petatillo, simplemente el recibir una orden y cumplirla hasta el final, etc., solo recuerda "LEALTAD" SENTIMIENTO INQUEBRANTABLE QUE ANIDA EN EL PECHO DE LAS AGUILAS AZTECAS, saludos a todos y que "SAN MIGUEL ARCANGEL LOS PROTEJA"

Me llamo Enrique J. Aguilar. Fui Fusilero Paracaidista en la compañia: Armas de Apoyo del primer batallon. Cause alta el 7 de Febrero de 1984 y baja por haberlo solicitado el 14 de mayo de 1987. Realice 43 saltos, estuve en el curso de "cupac" en el estado de Guerrero y un año completo como caja en la banda de guerra con el sargento segundo Chocoteco Barajas. buenas noches hnos. chutes, soy un expara. perteneci a la 25 ant. del año 78, siempre en el primer batallon, perteneciente a los primeros "gansos" y comicionado en el cdom. en atletismo y posteriormente en la primera seleccion nacional de fut-bol del ejercito y fuerza aerea, en compañia del cabo jose mejia sanchez de la cia. del cuartel gral. y del cabo enrrique bermeo del tercer batallo, los molesto para solicitarles si alguien me puede proporcionar el numero telefonico de la sala de doblado, donde estuve cuando me incorpore a la unidad en el año del 81 al 85, ojala alguien me pudiera ayudar, de antemano les doy las gracias, un saludo a todos los veteranos y los no tanto, todas las antiguedades han sido de fibra y siempre seguiremos mostrando esa fraternidad que nos hace ser especiales, saludos a todos y que nos cuide nuestro angel protector san miguel arcangel como lo muestra nuestra medalla de graduacion.

yo creo que todo lo que dicen de los paracaidistas es muy bueno, y es honorable lo que hacen pues son los primeros en entrar y los ultimos en salir....

A todos los paracaidistas de la brigada de fusileros paracaidistas es un grato honor saber de todos y que aun estando en el activo o no seguirán siendo águilas del aire del cielo a la misión como nuestro lema eso de los insultos es bueno recuerden que cuanto mas ladren es por que estamos vivos y presentes ahora en la actualidad existen muchos que dejan las filas para ir con el bando equivocado, eso demuestra que nunca fueron leales ni en su casa, familia y hermanos como podrán vivir así bueno si eso se les llama vivir nosotros podremos formar compañías y volver a saltar y demostrar que nuestra educación militar si fue la adecuada y esta cimentada en los valores y principios me siento orgulloso ser de la 102 foráneos 2do.
